We invite you to join us learning and experiencing Tantra as we cultivate sacred space, loving presence and compassionate communication.

The class will include solo and interactive exercises including conscious use of the breath 
    • movement  
    • dance
    • sound
    • conscious touch
    • energy work
    • meditation;
    • and other inspired practices

      As we ignite the heart-sex energy connection and balance the feminine and masculine energies - all to awaken your Bliss-Body as you connect with yourself and higher self and others in a safe,  friendly and sacred environment.    

    • Learn practical techniques to take home with you to enhance your sexual love life and spiritual well-being.

    • Learn Tantric Techniques for deepening Sacred Intimacy and opening to trust.

    • Exercises create balance through harmonising inner Male and Female polarities and aiding re-connection with your inner lover.  

    • Work with trust, communication and connection as well as

    • Creating balance through the charka’s and eliminating old patterns

    • Learn to work with the 3 keys of Tantra to open the Inner Flute, moving sexual energy toward the heart.

     Includes many exercises and practical sessions.

    This workshops features an excellent balance of personal transformation exercises and opportunities to learn Tantric techniques.

    Introducing powerful breath work and energy clearing techniques allowing each person the opportunity to clear out old patterns that have the potential to hinder our journeys.

    Other exercises give us ways of exploring our bodies through movement, time and meditation on the specific energetics of the individual Chakras. 

    Many exercises focus on Communication and Opening to Trust offering new ways of exploring intimacy.  As old personal patterns are released and new skills are taught, we experience a deepening authentic connection to our individual selves and the ability to playfully share our journey with our partner.
